1 large flour tortilla (or your preferred tortilla)

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (or a cheese blend)

Instructions
 

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

    Place the tortilla flat on the prepared baking sheet.

      Evenly sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese over the entire surface of the tortilla, ensuring it's well-distributed.

        Optional: For added flavor, sprinkle some dried Italian herbs, garlic powder, or crushed red pepper flakes over the cheese.

          Bake in the preheated oven for about 8-10 minutes, or until the edges of the tortilla are golden brown, and the cheese is bubbly and melted.

            Remove from the oven and let cool for a minute.
