1. 2 large red bell peppers

2. 1 cup heavy cream

3. 2 cloves garlic, minced

Roast the Peppers: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Cut the red peppers in half, remove the seeds, and place them cut-side down on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Roast in the oven for about 25-30 minutes, or until the skin is blistered and charred.

    Sauté the Garlic: While the peppers are roasting, heat the olive oil in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1-2 minutes until fragrant, being careful not to burn it.
