1 pound store-bought potato gnocchi

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon dried oregano

1 teaspoon dried thyme

½ teaspoon salt

¼ teaspoon black pepper

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Grated parmesan cheese (optional, for serving)

Instructions
 

Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.

    In a large bowl, combine the gnocchi, olive oil, garlic powder, oregano, thyme, salt, and pepper. Toss until the gnocchi are well coated with the oil and seasonings.

      Arrange the gnocchi in a single layer in the air fryer basket, ensuring they are not overcrowded for even cooking. You may need to cook them in batches depending on the size of your air fryer.

        Air fry the seasoned gnocchi at 400°F (200°C) for 12-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through the cooking time to ensure they are crispy on all sides.
