1 tbsp rice vinegar

1 tbsp sesame seeds

2 green onions, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

Prepare the Cauliflower:

    - In a large bowl, mix together the flour, water, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper to create a smooth batter.

      - Add the cauliflower florets to the batter and toss until they're well coated.

        Air Fry the Cauliflower:

          - Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).

            - Place the coated cauliflower florets in a single layer in the air fryer basket. You may need to cook them in batches.

              - Air fry for 12-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until they are golden brown and crispy.

                Prepare the Sauce:

                  - While the cauliflower is cooking, in a small bowl, whisk together the sesame oil, soy sauce, honey, and rice vinegar until well combined.

                    Coat the Wings:

                      - Once the cauliflower wings are done, transfer them to a large mixing bowl.

                        - Pour the sauce over the hot cauliflower and toss gently to coat evenly.
