2 medium zucchinis, grated

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup ricotta cheese

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1/4 cup breadcrumbs (plus extra for coating)

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon dried oregano

1 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1 large egg, beaten

Cooking spray or olive oil mister

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Prepare the Zucchini: Begin by grating the zucchinis and placing them in a clean kitchen towel. Squeeze out as much moisture as possible to avoid soggy cheese bombs.

    Mix the Filling: In a large mixing bowl, combine the grated zucchini, shredded mozzarella, ricotta, Parmesan, breadcrumbs, minced garlic, oregano, salt, pepper, and the beaten egg. Stir until all ingredients are well incorporated.

      Form the Balls: With clean hands, take about a tablespoon of the mixture and roll it into a ball. Repeat this with the remaining mixture, placing the formed balls on a plate.

        Coat the Balls: Lightly coat each zucchini cheese bomb in additional breadcrumbs for a crispy exterior. You can also add a sprinkle of extra Parmesan for that extra cheesy flavor.

          Preheat the Air Fryer: Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for about 5 minutes.
