2 medium zucchinis

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon smoked paprika (or any paprika of choice)

1/2 teaspoon sea salt

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional for cheesy flavor)

1/4 teaspoon dried oregano or Italian seasoning (optional)

Instructions
 

Prep the Zucchini: Wash and dry the zucchinis. Cut off the ends and slice them into thin rounds, about 1/8 inch thick. You can also use a mandoline slicer for even slices.

    Soak (Optional but recommended): To remove excess moisture, soak the zucchini slices in a bowl of salty water (1 tablespoon of salt in 2 cups of water) for about 30 minutes. Rinse and pat dry thoroughly with paper towels.

      Season the Chips: In a large bowl, combine the sliced zucchini with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, sea salt, black pepper, and any optional seasonings. Toss until all slices are well coated.

        Preheat the Air Fryer: Preheat your air fryer to 370°F (190°C) for about 5 minutes.

          Arrange in the Air Fryer: Lay the seasoned zucchini slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Avoid overcrowding; you may need to do this in batches.

            Air Fry the Chips: Air fry the zucchini for 8-12 minutes. Check halfway through and shake the basket or turn the slices for even cooking. Cook until they are golden brown and crispy to your liking.

              Cool and Serve: Once done, carefully remove the zucchini chips from the air fryer and let them cool on a wire rack. They will become crispier as they cool. Serve them immediately with your favorite dip or enjoy them plain!
