2 medium ripe avocados, halved and pitted

2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded (rotisserie chicken works great)

4 whole wheat pita pockets

1 cup romaine lettuce, chopped

½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

½ cup Caesar dressing (store-bought or homemade)

¼ teaspoon black pepper

¼ teaspoon garlic powder

1 tablespoon lemon juice

Optional: Croutons, for garnish

Prepare the Avocado Mixture: In a mixing bowl, scoop out the insides of the avocados and mash them with a fork, leaving some chunks for texture. Stir in the lemon juice, black pepper, and garlic powder. Combine until well mixed but still a bit chunky.

    Mix the Chicken: In another bowl, toss the shredded chicken with the Caesar dressing until well coated.

      Toast the Pita (Optional): If you prefer warm pita, lightly toast the pita pockets in a skillet over medium heat for about 1-2 minutes on each side until golden and warmed through.

        Assemble the Wraps: Open each pita pocket carefully. Spread a generous layer of the avocado mixture inside each pocket, followed by a scoop of the dressed chicken. Top with chopped romaine lettuce and a sprinkle of grated Parmesan cheese.
