Ingredients

4 large russet potatoes

4 tablespoons olive oil

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon dried oregano

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Prepare the Potatoes: Wash and scrub the russet potatoes thoroughly. Cut each potato into wedges (about 8 wedges per potato) and place them in a large bowl.

Season the Wedges: In a small bowl, mix olive oil, minced garlic, garlic powder, onion powder, dried oregano, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Pour this mixture over the potato wedges, tossing well to ensure all the wedges are evenly coated.

Add Cheese: Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the oiled potato wedges and toss again to distribute the cheese evenly.

Arrange on Baking Sheet: Place the seasoned potato wedges in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet, making sure they are not overcrowded to ensure maximum crispiness.

Bake: Bake for 30–35 minutes, flipping the wedges halfway through the cooking time, until they are golden brown and crispy on the outside but soft on the inside.

Garnish and Serve: Once done, remove the wedges from the oven and let them cool for a couple of minutes. Garnish with fresh chopped parsley before serving. Enjoy with your favorite dipping sauce!
