4 large russet potatoes

1/4 cup olive oil

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 teaspoon dried oregano

1 teaspoon paprika

1 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Optional: red pepper flakes (for a spicy kick)

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.

    Prepare the Potatoes: Wash and scrub the russet potatoes thoroughly. Cut each potato in half lengthwise, then slice each half into wedges, aiming for about 6-8 wedges per potato.

      Season the Wedges: In a large mixing bowl, combine the olive oil, minced garlic, oregano, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Toss in the potato wedges and ensure they are evenly coated in the garlic mixture.

        Add Parmesan: Sprinkle half of the grated Parmesan cheese on top of the coated wedges and toss gently again to distribute the cheese.
