4 large russet potatoes

4 tablespoons olive oil

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

½ teaspoon salt

½ teaspoon black pepper

½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions
 

Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.

    Wash and scrub the potatoes thoroughly. Cut each potato into 8 wedges, ensuring they are of even size for consistent cooking.

      In a large bowl, combine the olive oil, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
