Ingredients

4 large russet potatoes

4 tablespoons olive oil

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

2 teaspoons dried oregano

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon paprika

½ teaspoon black pepper

1 teaspoon sea salt

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easier cleanup.

Prepare the Potatoes: Wash the russet potatoes thoroughly and pat them dry. Slice each potato in half lengthwise, then cut each half into wedges (about 6-8 wedges per potato).

Season the Wedges: In a large mixing bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, oregano, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, black pepper, and sea salt. Stir until well combined.

Coat the Wedges: Add the potato wedges to the bowl and toss them in the olive oil mixture until they are evenly coated.

Add Parmesan: Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the coated wedges and toss again to ensure each wedge is generously covered.

Bake: Arrange the potato wedges in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet, making sure they are not overcrowded to allow for even baking. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes or until the edges are golden and crispy.

Serve: Once baked, remove the wedges from the oven, garnish with freshly chopped parsley, and serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
