Ingredients

8 oz ramen noodles

1 lb beef sirloin, thinly sliced

2 cups fresh broccoli florets

2 tablespoons vegetable oil

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 tablespoon ginger, minced

¼ cup soy sauce

2 tablespoons oyster sauce

1 tablespoon sesame oil

1 tablespoon brown sugar

2 green onions, chopped (for garnish)

Sesame seeds (for garnish)

Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

Cook the Ramen: In a large pot of boiling water, cook the ramen noodles according to package instructions until just tender. Drain and set aside.

Prep the Beef: In a bowl, add the sliced beef with a pinch of salt and pepper. Toss to coat.

Stir Fry the Beef: Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add the beef and stir fry for about 2-3 minutes until browned and cooked through. Remove the beef from the skillet and set aside.

Sauté Vegetables: In the same skillet, add the remaining tablespoon of vegetable oil. Add the minced garlic and ginger, sautéing for about 30 seconds until fragrant. Then, add the broccoli florets and stir fry for another 3-4 minutes until bright green and tender-crisp.

Combine Ingredients: Return the cooked beef to the skillet. Add the cooked ramen noodles, soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, and brown sugar. Toss everything together and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, allowing the sauces to coat the noodles evenly.

Serve: Remove from heat, garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds, and serve immediately!
