1 pound flank steak, thinly sliced against the grain

2 tablespoons soy sauce

1 tablespoon oyster sauce

1 tablespoon cornstarch

2 tablespoons vegetable oil

1 medium onion, sliced

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup bell peppers, sliced (red and green)

1 cup snap peas

3 cups cooked egg noodles

1 tablespoon sesame oil

2 green onions, chopped (for garnish)

Sesame seeds (for garnish)

Salt and pepper to taste

Marinate the Beef: In a bowl, combine the sliced flank steak with soy sauce, oyster sauce, and cornstarch. Mix well until the beef is evenly coated. Let it marinate for at least 20 minutes.

    Prepare the Ingredients: While the beef is marinating, slice the onion and bell peppers, and chop the garlic and green onions. Cook the egg noodles according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.

      Cook the Beef: In a large skillet or wok, heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the marinated beef in a single layer. Cook for about 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally, until browned and cooked through. Remove the beef from the pan and set aside.

        Stir-fry the Vegetables: In the same skillet, add the remaining tablespoon of oil. Add the sliced onions and bell peppers, cooking for 2-3 minutes until they start to soften. Stir in the minced garlic and snap peas, cooking for an additional 2 minutes until everything is vibrant and tender-crisp.

          Combine: Return the cooked beef to the skillet and add the cooked egg noodles. Drizzle with sesame oil and toss everything together until heated through. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

            Serve: Plate the beef and noodles, garnishing with chopped green onions and a sprinkle of sesame seeds for an added crunch.
