1 pound beef sirloin, thinly sliced

8 ounces egg noodles

2 tablespoons soy sauce

2 tablespoons oyster sauce

1 tablespoon hoisin sauce

1 tablespoon sesame oil

3 cloves garlic, minced

1-inch piece ginger, minced

1 small onion, thinly sliced

1 cup bell peppers (red and green), thinly sliced

1 cup snap peas, trimmed

3 green onions, chopped (for garnish)

Sesame seeds (for garnish)

Salt and pepper to taste

Red pepper flakes (optional, for heat)

Instructions
 

Cook the Noodles: In a large pot of boiling salted water, cook the egg noodles according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

    Marinate the Beef: In a medium bowl, combine the sliced beef with 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce, and a pinch of black pepper. Let it marinate for about 15 minutes while preparing the vegetables.

      Prepare the Sauce: In a small bowl, mix together the remaining soy sauce, oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, and sesame oil. Set aside.

        Cook the Beef: In a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat, add a splash of oil. Quickly stir-fry the marinated beef for about 3-4 minutes until browned and cooked through. Remove from the pan and set aside.

          Stir-Fry the Vegetables: In the same skillet, add a bit more oil if needed, then add the sliced onion, garlic, ginger, and bell peppers. Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until the vegetables start to soften.

            Combine Everything: Add the snap peas and cooked beef back into the skillet. Pour the prepared sauce over the mixture and stir well to combine.

              Add Noodles: Then, gently toss in the cooked egg noodles until everything is well coated with the sauce. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes to heat through, stirring occasionally.

                Serve: Remove from heat. Serve hot, garnished with chopped green onions and a sprinkle of sesame seeds. Add red pepper flakes if you desire extra heat.
