2 cups cooked chicken, shredded (preferably roasted or grilled)

1/2 cup celery, finely chopped

1/2 cup red grapes, halved

1/4 cup pecans, roughly chopped

1/4 cup dried cranberries

1/4 cup red onion, finely diced

1/2 cup mayonnaise (or Greek yogurt for a lighter option)

1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

1 tablespoon honey

1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

1 teaspoon dried dill (or 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped)

Salt and pepper to taste

Optional: lettuce leaves for serving

Prep the Chicken: If you haven't cooked your chicken yet, season it with salt and pepper, then grill or roast until fully cooked (about 20-25 minutes). Let it cool and shred it.
