Ingredients

1 tube (16.3 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough

1 pound breakfast sausage (preferably spicy)

2 tablespoons all-purpose flour

2 cups whole milk

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1/4 teaspoon salt

1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or a blend of your choice)

4 large eggs

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Roll out the biscuit dough on a lightly floured surface to create a pizza crust, about 12 inches in diameter. Place it on a greased pizza stone or baking sheet. Bake the crust for about 10-12 minutes or until it’s lightly golden.

In a large skillet over medium heat, crumble the breakfast sausage and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Drain excess grease, if necessary.

Sprinkle the flour over the sausage, stirring to coat evenly. Cook for another minute, then gradually whisk in the milk. Bring the mixture to a gentle simmer, allowing it to thicken for about 3-5 minutes.

Add garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and salt. Stir well and remove from heat.

After the biscuit crust has baked, remove it from the oven and pour the sausage gravy evenly over the top.

Sprinkle the shredded cheese on top of the gravy. Crack the eggs over the pizza, spacing them evenly.

Return the pizza to the oven and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the egg whites are set but the yolks are still slightly runny (or to your desired doneness).

Once baked, remove the pizza from the oven, allow it to cool slightly, then garnish with chopped parsley.

Slice and serve warm for a delightful breakfast experience!
