1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries

1 banana, frozen for creaminess

1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or any milk of choice)

1/2 cup Greek yogurt (for extra protein)

1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional, adjust to taste)

1 tablespoon chia seeds (for added fiber)

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

A handful of spinach or kale (optional, for a nutrient boost)

Ice cubes (if using fresh blueberries)

Instructions
 

Prepare the Ingredients: If you haven’t already, freeze a banana ahead of time to enhance the creaminess of your smoothie. If using fresh blueberries, add a handful of ice cubes.

    Add to Blender: Place the blueberries, frozen banana, almond milk, Greek yogurt, honey or maple syrup (if using), chia seeds, vanilla extract, and spinach or kale (if using) into a blender.

      Blend Smoothie: Blend on high until smooth and creamy, about 30-60 seconds. If the smoothie is too thick, add additional almond milk until you reach your desired consistency.

        Taste and Adjust: Taste the smoothie and adjust sweetness if necessary by adding more honey or maple syrup. Blend again briefly to combine.
