Ingredients
  

4 cups fresh broccoli florets

1 cup cooked quinoa

1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese

1 cup cream of mushroom soup

½ cup milk

½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 small onion, finely chopped

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon olive oil

½ teaspoon salt

½ teaspoon black pepper

½ teaspoon garlic powder

½ teaspoon paprika

1 cup breadcrumbs (optional for a crunchy topping)

Instructions
 

Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

    Sauté Vegetables: In a medium skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chopped onion and minced garlic, sautéing until the onion becomes translucent, about 3-4 minutes.

      Prepare Broccoli: Steam the fresh broccoli florets until they are tender but still crisp, about 5-7 minutes. Drain well.

        Mix Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, combine the steamed broccoli, cooked quinoa, sautéed onion and garlic, shredded cheddar cheese, cream of mushroom soup, milk, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Stir until evenly mixed.

          Transfer to Baking Dish: Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish. Pour the broccoli mixture into the dish, spreading it evenly. If using breadcrumbs, sprinkle them evenly over the top.

            Add Parmesan: Top the casserole with the grated Parmesan cheese for extra creaminess and flavor.

              Bake: Place the casserole in the preheated oven and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until it's bubbly and golden brown on top.
