2 cups pecan halves

1/2 cup packed brown sugar

1 tsp ground cinnamon

1/4 tsp salt

1/4 tsp ground nutmeg

1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted

1 tsp pure vanilla extract

1/2 cup water

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.

    Combine Wet Ingredients: In a mixing bowl, whisk together the melted butter, brown sugar, vanilla extract, and water until smooth and well-combined.

      Mix Dry Ingredients: In a separate bowl, combine the ground cinnamon, salt, and nutmeg.

        Coat the Pecans: Add the pecan halves to the bowl with the wet mixture. Stir gently until the pecans are evenly coated. Then, sprinkle the dry spice mixture over the pecans and mix again until everything is thoroughly coated.
