Ingredients

4 ripe peaches, halved and pitted

1/4 cup brown sugar, packed

1 tablespoon cinnamon

1 tablespoon vanilla extract

2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

Pinch of sea salt

1/2 cup Greek yogurt (for serving, optional)

Fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional)

Instructions

Preheat your grill to medium heat (about 350°F/175°C).

In a small bowl, mix together the brown sugar, cinnamon, melted butter, vanilla extract, and a pinch of sea salt until well combined.

Brush the cut sides of the peach halves with the brown sugar mixture, ensuring they are evenly coated.

Place the peach halves, cut side down, on the preheated grill. Grill for about 4-5 minutes, or until grill marks appear and the peaches are slightly softened.

Flip the peaches over and grill for another 2-3 minutes to allow the sugar to caramelize. Watch carefully to avoid burning.

Remove the peaches from the grill and let them cool slightly.

Serve warm with a dollop of Greek yogurt on top and garnish with fresh mint leaves for an added burst of flavor.
