8 ounces penne pasta

1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts

1 cup buffalo sauce (your favorite brand)

1 cup heavy cream

1/2 cup shredded blue cheese (plus extra for garnish)

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

Salt and pepper to taste

2 green onions, chopped (for garnish)

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions
 

Cook the Pasta: In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add penne pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

    Cook the Chicken: While the pasta is cooking, heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Season the chicken breasts with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Add the chicken to the skillet and cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side or until golden brown and cooked through. Remove from the skillet and shred the chicken using two forks.

      Make the Sauce: In the same skillet, reduce the heat to low, and pour in the buffalo sauce. Add the heavy cream and stir until well combined. Let it simmer for about 2-3 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld.

        Combine Ingredients: Add the shredded chicken to the buffalo sauce mixture. Then, add the cooked pasta, blue cheese, and Parmesan cheese to the skillet. Stir everything together until the pasta is coated in the creamy buffalo sauce.

          Serve: Remove from heat and garnish with chopped green onions, parsley, and extra blue cheese if desired. Serve in bowls and enjoy your spicy buffalo chicken pasta!
