1 lb ground chicken

1/2 cup buffalo wing sauce

1/4 cup ranch dressing

1/2 cup diced onion

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

12 slider buns

1 tablespoon olive oil

Salt and pepper to taste

Optional garnishes: sliced green onions, pickles

Sauté the Chicken: In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the diced onion and minced garlic, cooking until onion is translucent, about 3-4 minutes.

    Cook the Chicken: Add the ground chicken to the skillet, breaking it apart with a spatula. Season with salt and pepper, and cook until fully browned, about 6-8 minutes.

      Combine Sauces: Lower the heat to medium-low and stir in the buffalo wing sauce and ranch dressing. Allow the mixture to simmer for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, so the flavors meld together.

        Add Cheddar: Remove the skillet from heat and stir in the shredded cheddar cheese until melted and well combined.

          Prepare the Sliders: While the chicken mixture is cooling slightly, slice the slider buns in half. If desired, toast the buns lightly on a griddle for added texture.
