Ingredients

1 cup crushed Butterfinger bars (about 4 full-size bars)

1 cup creamy peanut butter

2 cups graham cracker crumbs

1 cup powdered sugar

1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

1 tablespoon coconut oil (optional, for smoother chocolate)

Pinch of salt

Extra crushed Butterfinger bars for topping (optional)

Instructions

Prepare the Mixture: In a large mixing bowl, combine the crushed Butterfinger bars, peanut butter, graham cracker crumbs, powdered sugar, and a pinch of salt. Mix until everything is well combined and forms a sticky dough.

Shape the Balls: Scoop out about 1 tablespoon of the mixture and roll it into a ball. Repeat this process until all of the dough is shaped into balls. You should have about 20-25 balls.

Chill: Place the balls on a parchment-lined baking sheet and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to harden.

Melt the Chocolate: In a microwave-safe bowl, place the semi-sweet chocolate chips and coconut oil. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until completely melted and smooth.

Coat the Balls: Dip each chilled Butterfinger ball into the melted chocolate, ensuring it is fully coated. Use a fork to lift the ball out, allowing excess chocolate to drip back into the bowl.

Add Toppings: If desired, sprinkle crushed Butterfinger bits on top of each chocolate-coated ball while the chocolate is still wet.

Set: Place the coated balls back on the parchment-lined sheet and allow them to set for at least 15 minutes, or until the chocolate hardens.

Serve: Enjoy your Crunchy Butterfinger Balls chilled or at room temperature. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
