8 oz penne pasta

1 cup smoked mozzarella cheese, shredded

1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded

1 cup crumbled goat cheese

1 cup sliced pepperoni

1 cup prosciutto, chopped

1/2 cup kalamata olives, pitted and halved

1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped

3 cloves garlic, minced

2 cups marinara sauce

1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)

1/2 tsp dried oregano

Salt and pepper to taste

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (for topping)

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions
 

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

    Cook the Pasta: In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook the penne pasta until al dente according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

      Prepare the Sauce: In a large mixing bowl, combine the marinara sauce, minced garlic, red pepper flakes (if using), dried oregano, salt, and pepper. Mix well.

        Combine Ingredients: In the same bowl, add the cooked pasta, smoked mozzarella, cheddar cheese, goat cheese, pepperoni, prosciutto, kalamata olives, cherry tomatoes, and fresh basil. Gently toss until everything is well coated in the sauce.

          Transfer to Baking Dish: Pour the pasta mixture into a greased 9x13-inch baking dish, spreading it evenly.
