1 cup sour cream

1 packet (1 oz) ranch dressing mix

1 cup cooked and crumbled bacon (about 6 strips)

2 green onions, thinly sliced

1/4 cup mayonnaise

1 tsp garlic powder

1/2 tsp black pepper

Optional for garnish: extra green onions and crispy bacon bits

Instructions

In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise. Use a hand mixer or rubber spatula to blend them until smooth and creamy.

Add in the ranch dressing mix, garlic powder, and black pepper. Mix well until fully incorporated.

Fold in the shredded cheddar cheese, crumbled bacon, and sliced green onions. Stir gently until well combined.

Transfer the mixture to a serving dish, smoothing the top out with a spatula.

For added flavor, sprinkle some extra cheddar cheese and bacon bits on top, along with a few extra slices of green onions for garnish.

Cover the dip with plastic wrap and chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour to allow the flavors to meld.

Serve cold or at room temperature with a variety of dippers such as tortilla chips, crackers, veggie sticks, or bread slices.
