Ingredients

1 pound of large fresh strawberries

8 oz cream cheese, softened

1/4 cup powdered sugar

1 tsp vanilla extract

1/2 cup whipped cream (store-bought or homemade)

Optional toppings: crushed graham crackers, chocolate drizzle, or chopped nuts for garnish

Instructions

Prepare the Strawberries: Rinse the strawberries gently and pat them dry with a paper towel. Remove the green tops and carefully core the center of each strawberry using a small paring knife or a corer, creating enough space for the filling.

Make the Cheesecake Filling: In a medium mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Beat with an electric mixer on medium speed until the mixture is smooth and creamy. Gently fold in the whipped cream until combined.

Stuff the Strawberries: Using a piping bag or a small spoon, carefully fill each cored strawberry with the cheesecake mixture, ensuring you pack in the filling generously but neatly.

Garnish: If desired, sprinkle the tops of the filled strawberries with crushed graham crackers or drizzle with melted chocolate for an extra special touch.

Chill and Serve: Place the stuffed strawberries in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to allow the filling to set. Serve chilled and enjoy your delightful treat!
