Ingredients
  

3 cups all-purpose flour

1 cup warm water (110°F or 45°C)

1 packet (2 ¼ tsp) active dry yeast

1 tbsp sugar

1 tsp salt

2 tbsp olive oil

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

½ tsp dried oregano

¼ tsp black pepper

½ cup melted butter (for brushing)

Instructions
 

Activate the Yeast: In a small bowl, combine warm water, yeast, and sugar. Let it sit for about 5-10 minutes until frothy.

    Mix Dry Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, salt, garlic, oregano, and black pepper. Mix well.

      Combine Ingredients: Create a well in the center of the dry ingredients. Add the activated yeast mixture and olive oil. Mix until a dough begins to form.

        Knead the Dough: Transfer the dough onto a floured surface and knead for about 8-10 minutes until smooth and elastic.

          First Rise: Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover it with a damp cloth, and let it rise in a warm place until doubled in size, roughly 1 hour.

            Incorporate the Cheese: After the dough has risen, punch it down and knead in the mozzarella and Parmesan cheese, and parsley until evenly distributed.

              Shape the Bread: Form the dough into a loaf shape or divide it into small balls for rolls. Place it in a greased baking pan or on a baking sheet.

                Second Rise: Cover the shaped dough again with a damp cloth and let it rise for another 30-45 minutes.

                  Preheat the Oven: While the dough is rising, preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

                    Brush with Butter: Once risen, brush the top with melted butter to give it a golden crust.

                      Bake: Place in the oven and bake for 25-30 minutes or until the bread is golden brown and sounds hollow when tapped.

                        Cool and Serve: Let it cool in the pan for about 10 minutes before transferring it to a wire rack. Slice and enjoy your cheesy bliss!
