Ingredients

1 large head of cauliflower, cut into florets

1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, grated

1 cup mozzarella cheese, grated

1/2 cup cream cheese, softened

1 cup heavy cream

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

1/4 cup chopped fresh chives or parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Prepare the Cauliflower: In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add the cauliflower florets and cook for about 5 minutes until slightly tender. Drain and set aside.

Make the Cheese Sauce: In a medium saucepan over low heat, combine the cream cheese and heavy cream. Stir until the cream cheese is melted and the mixture is smooth. Add in the minced garlic, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Gradually stir in the cheddar and mozzarella cheeses until melted and creamy.

Combine Cauliflower and Sauce: In a large mixing bowl, combine the drained cauliflower florets with the cheese sauce. Gently stir until the florets are evenly coated.

Transfer to Baking Dish: Pour the cheesy cauliflower mixture into a greased 9x13 inch baking dish. Sprinkle the top with grated Parmesan cheese.

Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbly.

Garnish and Serve: Remove from the oven, let it cool for a few minutes, and then garnish with chopped chives or parsley if desired. Serve hot and enjoy!
