Ingredients

2 large chicken breasts, cooked and shredded

1 cup cream cheese, softened

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

3 cloves garlic, minced

1/2 teaspoon dried Italian herbs (oregano, basil, or thyme)

1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)

4 large flour tortillas

1 cup fresh spinach leaves

1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)

Olive oil for drizzling

Instructions

In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, softened cream cheese, shredded mozzarella, grated Parmesan, minced garlic, dried Italian herbs, and red pepper flakes. Stir well until all ingredients are evenly mixed.

Lay out the flour tortillas on a clean surface. Spread an equal portion of the cheesy chicken mixture onto the center of each tortilla, leaving about an inch border around the edges.

Top the cheesy chicken mixture with a handful of fresh spinach leaves.

Carefully fold the sides of the tortilla inwards, then roll the tortilla from the bottom to the top, ensuring a snug wrap. Repeat for all tortillas.

Heat a large skillet over medium heat, and add a drizzle of olive oil.

Place the wraps seam-side down in the skillet. Cook for 3-4 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy. Then, flip and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes on the other side.

Remove the wraps from the skillet and let them cool slightly before slicing them in half.

Garnish the wraps with chopped fresh parsley and serve immediately. Optional: Serve with a side of marinara sauce for dipping.
