Ingredients

2 cups cooked chicken, shredded

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup cream cheese, softened

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional)

4 large flour tortillas

1 cup spinach leaves or arugula

1/2 cup diced tomatoes

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

Prepare the Filling: In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, mozzarella cheese, cream cheese, minced garlic, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, crushed red pepper flakes (if using), salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.

Assemble the Wraps: Lay a tortilla flat on a clean surface. In the center of the tortilla, place a generous amount of the chicken filling. Top with a handful of spinach leaves and some diced tomatoes.

Roll it Up: Fold in the sides of the tortilla, then roll tightly from the bottom up to form a wrap. Repeat this process for the remaining tortillas and filling.

Toast the Wraps: Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Place the wraps seam-side down in the skillet and toast for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and crispy.

Serve: Remove the wraps from the skillet and let them cool for a minute. Cut them in half diagonally, garnish with fresh parsley, and serve with your favorite dipping sauce or salsa.
