Ingredients
  

2 cups cooked chicken, shredded (grilled or rotisserie)

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup cream cheese, softened

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)

Salt and pepper, to taste

4 large flour tortillas

1 cup fresh spinach leaves

1/2 cup diced tomatoes

1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley

1/4 cup ranch dressing (optional)

Instructions
 

Prepare the Chicken Filling: In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, mozzarella cheese, cream cheese, minced garlic, olive oil, Italian seasoning, and red pepper flakes. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly incorporated. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

    Warm the Tortillas: Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Lightly warm each tortilla for about 30 seconds on each side to make them pliable.

      Assemble the Wraps: Lay a warm tortilla flat on a clean surface. Place a generous portion of the chicken filling in the center, followed by a handful of spinach leaves, diced tomatoes, and a sprinkle of parsley. If desired, drizzle with ranch dressing for extra flavor.

        Roll the Wraps: Carefully fold in the edges of the tortilla, then roll it tightly from the bottom up. Repeat this process with the remaining tortillas and filling.

          Cook the Wraps: In the same skillet, place the wraps seam-side down. Cook for 3-4 minutes on each side, until they are golden brown and the cheese is melted. You can also use a sandwich press for a crispy finish.

            Serve: Remove the wraps from the skillet and let them cool for a minute before slicing in half. Serve warm with additional ranch or your favorite dipping sauce on the side.
