1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup cream cheese, softened

1/4 cup almond flour

1 large egg

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

1 cup sliced pepperoni

Optional: 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese for topping

Marinara sauce for dipping

Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

    Make the Dough: In a mixing bowl, combine shredded mozzarella cheese and softened cream cheese. Microwave for 30-45 seconds until it's melty and easy to combine. Stir until smooth.

      Mix Ingredients: Add the almond flour, egg, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper to the cheese mixture. Mix until a dough forms.

        Shape the Bites: Roll the dough into small balls about the size of a golf ball. Flatten each ball slightly and place a slice of pepperoni in the center. Wrap the dough around the pepperoni to fully enclose it and reshape into a ball.

          Arrange on Baking Sheet: Place the cheese-wrapped pepperoni bites on the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about an inch apart. If desired, sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top for extra flavor.

            Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes or until golden and bubbly.

              Cool & Serve: Allow the bites to cool for a few minutes before serving. Pair with marinara sauce for dipping. Enjoy your cheesy goodness!
