Ingredients

8 oz cream cheese, softened

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup sour cream

1 packet taco seasoning mix

1 cup cooked ground beef (or shredded chicken for variation)

2 green onions, finely chopped

4 large flour tortillas

1/2 cup diced tomatoes (optional)

1/4 cup sliced black olives (optional)

Fresh cilantro, for garnish (optional)

Instructions

In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, shredded mozzarella cheese, sour cream, and taco seasoning mix. Use a hand mixer or spatula to blend until smooth and creamy.

Fold in the cooked ground beef (or shredded chicken), chopped green onions, diced tomatoes, and sliced black olives until evenly distributed throughout the cheese mixture.

Lay out one flour tortilla on a clean surface or cutting board. Spread a generous amount of the cheesy taco filling evenly over the tortilla, leaving about a half-inch border around the edges.

Starting from one end, tightly roll the tortilla away from you to form a pinwheel. Use a little water on your fingers to seal the edge if needed. Repeat this process for the remaining tortillas.

Once all tortillas are rolled, cover them in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow them to firm up.

After chilling, remove the pinwheels from the refrigerator and slice them into 1-inch pieces with a sharp knife. Arrange on a platter and garnish with fresh cilantro if desired.

Serve with salsa or guacamole for dipping and enjoy!
