Chicken Bacon Ranch Pasta

Ingredients
  

12 ounces of penne pasta

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 pound chicken breast, diced

4 strips of bacon, crumbled

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup ranch dressing

1 cup heavy cream

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1 teaspoon dried parsley

Salt and pepper to taste

Grated Parmesan cheese for garnish

Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions
 

Cook the Pasta: In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook the penne pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

    Cook the Bacon: In a large skillet over medium heat, add the crumbled bacon. Cook until crispy, then remove with a slotted spoon and let drain on paper towels. Leave the bacon grease in the skillet.

      Sauté the Chicken: In the same skillet, add 2 tablespoons of olive oil. Add the diced chicken and season with salt and pepper. Cook until the chicken is golden and cooked through, about 5–7 minutes. Add minced garlic in the last minute of cooking and sauté until fragrant.

        Combine Ingredients: Reduce the heat to low. Pour in the ranch dressing and heavy cream, stirring to combine. Add the shredded cheddar cheese and continue to stir until the cheese is melted and the sauce is creamy.

          Combine Pasta: Add the drained penne pasta to the skillet, tossing to coat all the noodles in the creamy ranch sauce. Fold in the halved cherry tomatoes and crumbled bacon.

            Serve: Garnish with dried parsley, grated Parmesan, and fresh parsley. Serve warm and enjoy!
