Ingredients

1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cooked and shredded

6 slices of cooked bacon, crumbled

1 cup ranch dressing

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup cream cheese, softened

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp onion powder

1 package of crescent roll dough (8 oz)

Fresh chives, chopped (for garnish)

Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, crumbled bacon, ranch dressing, shredded cheddar cheese, cream cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until all ingredients are well combined.

Open the package of crescent roll dough and unroll it on a clean surface. Separate the dough into 8 triangles along the perforations.

Take a spoonful of the chicken mixture and place it at the wide end of each crescent triangle. Roll the dough from the wide end to the point, encasing the filling, and place it on a parchment-lined baking sheet.

Once all rolls are assembled, brush the tops lightly with additional ranch dressing for extra flavor.

Bake in the preheated oven for about 12-15 minutes, or until the rolls are golden brown.

Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes. Garnish with fresh chopped chives before serving.
