Ingredients

1 lb rotisserie chicken, shredded

6 strips of bacon, cooked and crumbled

1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded

½ cup ranch dressing

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp dried oregano

1 lb pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)

1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)

¼ cup Parmesan cheese, grated

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Prepare the Filling: In a large bowl, combine the shredded rotisserie chicken, crumbled bacon, mozzarella cheese, ranch dressing, garlic powder, and dried oregano. Mix until well combined.

Roll Out the Dough: On a lightly floured surface, roll out the pizza dough into a large rectangle (about 12x16 inches).

Add the Filling: Spread the chicken and bacon mixture evenly over the rolled-out dough, leaving a 1-inch border around the edges.

Roll the Stromboli: Starting from one of the long edges, carefully roll the dough over the filling to create a log shape. Pinch the edges to seal and tuck the ends under.

Apply Egg Wash: Transfer the rolled Stromboli to the prepared baking sheet. Brush the outside of the dough with the beaten egg, and sprinkle the top with Parmesan cheese for added flavor.

Cut Slits: Use a sharp knife to make a few diagonal slits on top of the Stromboli. This allows steam to escape and gives a nice look.

Bake: Place the Stromboli in the preheated oven and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the dough is golden brown and cooked through.

Cool and Serve: Once baked, remove from the oven and let it cool for about 5 minutes. Slice into pieces and garnish with chopped fresh parsley. Serve with extra ranch dressing on the side for dipping.
