Ingredients

1 lb rotisserie chicken, shredded

4 oz thinly sliced ham

4 oz Swiss cheese, shredded

1 cup cream cheese, softened

1 tbsp Dijon mustard

1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (optional)

1/2 tsp garlic powder

1/2 tsp onion powder

1/2 tsp black pepper

1 lb pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)

1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)

1 tbsp sesame seeds (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

Prepare the Filling: In a mixing bowl, combine shredded rotisserie chicken, sliced ham, Swiss cheese, cream cheese, Dijon mustard, parsley, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper. Mix until all ingredients are well combined.

Roll Out the Dough: On a lightly floured surface, roll out the pizza dough into a large rectangle, about 1/4 inch thick.

Assemble the Stromboli: Spread the chicken and cheese mixture evenly over the rolled-out dough, leaving about 1 inch of space around the edges.

Roll the Dough: Starting from one long edge, carefully roll the dough towards the opposite edge, making sure to keep the filling inside. Pinch the seams to seal.

Prepare for Baking: Transfer the rolled stromboli to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Brush the top with the beaten egg to give it a nice golden color while baking. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top if desired.

Bake: Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and bake the stromboli for 25-30 minutes or until the crust is golden brown and cooked through.

Cool and Slice: Once baked, remove the stromboli from the oven and let it cool for about 5 minutes. Slice into 1-inch thick pieces.

Serve: Enjoy warm with your favorite dipping sauce, or serve with a simple salad on the side.
