Ingredients

For the Crepes:

1 cup all-purpose flour

2 large eggs

1 ½ cups milk

2 tablespoons melted butter

2 tablespoons sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

A pinch of salt

For the Filling:

1 cup chocolate hazelnut spread (like Nutella)

½ cup crushed roasted hazelnuts

1 medium banana, sliced (optional)

Powdered sugar, for dusting

For the Chocolate Sauce:

½ cup heavy cream

1 cup dark chocolate chips

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

Make the Crepe Batter:

    - In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, eggs, milk, melted butter, sugar, vanilla extract, and salt until smooth. Let the batter rest for at least 30 minutes.

      Cook the Crepes:

        - Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly grease it with butter. Pour about ¼ cup of batter into the skillet, swirling it to spread evenly. Cook for 1-2 minutes until the edges lift, then flip and cook for another minute. Repeat with the remaining batter.

          Prepare the Filling:

            - Spread a generous layer of chocolate hazelnut spread onto each crepe. Sprinkle crushed roasted hazelnuts and sliced bananas on top of the spread, if using. Roll the crepe up tightly.

              Make the Chocolate Sauce:

                - In a small saucepan, heat the heavy cream over medium heat until it begins to simmer. Remove from heat and add the chocolate chips and vanilla extract. Stir until the chocolate is fully melted and the mixture is smooth.

                  Serve:

                    - Cut the rolled crepes into bite-sized pieces. Drizzle with warm chocolate sauce and dust with powdered sugar. Optionally, sprinkle more crushed hazelnuts on top for added crunch.
