Ingredients

4 ripe bananas, mashed

2 cups heavy cream

1 cup sweetened condensed milk

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/2 cup chopped walnuts

1/2 cup dark chocolate chips (or chunks)

1/4 cup peanut butter

Pinch of salt

Instructions

In a large mixing bowl, combine the mashed bananas with the heavy cream, sweetened condensed milk, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Mix until smooth and well combined.

Gently fold in the chopped walnuts and dark chocolate chips to the banana mixture.

In a small microwave-safe bowl, warm the peanut butter in the microwave for about 15-20 seconds until it becomes pourable. Stir until smooth, then drizzle it into the ice cream mixture, swirling it gently (but don’t overmix; you want ribbons of peanut butter).

Pour the prepared mixture into an airtight container, smoothing the top with a spatula.

Cover the container and freeze for at least 4-6 hours, or until the ice cream is firm.

When ready to serve, let the ice cream sit at room temperature for about 5-10 minutes to soften slightly, then scoop and enjoy!
