1 cup rolled oats

1/2 cup brown sugar, packed

1/2 teaspoon baking powder

1/2 teaspoon baking soda

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted

1/2 cup maple syrup

1/4 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy)

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 tablespoon ground cinnamon

1/4 cup chopped pecans or walnuts (optional)

Cinnamon Swirl:

2 tablespoons brown sugar, packed

1 tablespoon ground cinnamon

1 tablespoon melted butter

Cream Cheese Glaze:

4 oz cream cheese, softened

1 cup powdered sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

2-3 tablespoons milk (to reach desired consistency)

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x9-inch baking pan or line it with parchment paper for easy removal.

    Mix the Dry Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, oats, brown sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt until well blended.

      Combine Wet Ingredients: In a separate bowl, whisk together the melted butter, maple syrup, milk, and vanilla extract until smooth.
