Ingredients

2 cups white chocolate chips

1 cup sweetened condensed milk

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

2 teaspoons ground cinnamon

1 cup mini marshmallows

1/2 cup chopped pecans (or walnuts)

1/2 cup caramel sauce (optional, for drizzling)

Sea salt (for sprinkling)

Instructions

Line an 8x8 inch square baking pan with parchment paper, allowing it to overhang for easy removal.

In a medium saucepan over low heat, combine the white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk. Stir continuously until the mixture is smooth and melted.

Remove the pan from heat and mix in the vanilla extract and ground cinnamon until fully incorporated.

Fold in the mini marshmallows and chopped pecans, ensuring they are evenly distributed throughout the mixture.

Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared baking pan, spreading it evenly.

Optional: Drizzle caramel sauce over the fudge and swirl it gently with a knife for a beautiful pattern.

Sprinkle a pinch of sea salt on top to enhance the flavors.

Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until the fudge is firm.

Once set, lift the fudge out of the pan using the overhanging parchment paper. Cut into squares and serve.
