8 slices of soft bread (white or whole wheat)

8 oz cream cheese, softened

1/4 cup granulated sugar

2 tsp ground cinnamon

1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted

1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Pinch of salt

Optional toppings: powdered sugar, maple syrup, or fresh fruit

Instructions
 

Prepare the Cream Cheese Mixture: In a medium-sized bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, granulated sugar, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Mix until smooth and well combined. Set aside.

    Flatten the Bread: Using a rolling pin, gently flatten each slice of bread until they are thin and pliable.

      Spread the Cream Cheese: Evenly spread a generous layer of the cream cheese mixture onto one side of each slice of bread.

        Roll Them Up: Starting from one end, roll each slice of bread tightly into a log shape. Repeat with all slices.
