2 oz white rum

1 oz coconut cream

1 oz heavy cream

6 oz fresh pineapple juice

1/2 cup crushed ice

Fresh pineapple wedge and maraschino cherry for garnish

Optional: 1/2 oz of coconut milk for a creamier texture

In a blender, combine the white rum, coconut cream, heavy cream, pineapple juice, and crushed ice.

    Blend on high speed until smooth and the mixture is frothy.

      If you prefer a creamier texture, add the optional coconut milk and blend again until fully integrated.

        Taste and adjust sweetness if necessary, by adding more coconut cream or rum according to your preference.
