2 cups all-purpose flour

1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

1 cup granulated sugar

1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened

1 cup milk

2 large eggs

1 tablespoon vanilla extract

1 tablespoon baking powder

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 1/2 cups crushed chocolate sandwich cookies (like Oreos)

1 cup powdered sugar

4 oz cream cheese, softened

1-2 tablespoons milk (for frosting)

Instructions
 

Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13 inch baking pan.

    Combine Dry Ingredients: In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, granulated sugar, baking powder, and salt.

      Mix Wet Ingredients: In another bowl, cream together the softened butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the milk and vanilla extract.

        Combine Mixtures: Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined. Do not overmix.

          Incorporate Cookies: Gently fold in the crushed chocolate sandwich cookies.
