8 oz pasta (your choice: fettuccine, penne, or spaghetti)

4 strips of bacon, chopped

1 lb chicken breast, sliced into thin strips

1 cup cream cheese, softened

1 cup chicken broth

1 cup spinach, fresh

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 tsp Italian seasoning

Salt and pepper to taste

Grated Parmesan cheese, for serving

Fresh basil leaves, for garnish (optional)

Instructions
 

Cook the Pasta: In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside, reserving a cup of pasta water.

    Cook the Bacon: In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the chopped bacon until crispy. Remove the bacon from the skillet and drain on paper towels, leaving the bacon grease in the skillet.

      Sear the Chicken: In the same skillet, add the sliced chicken breast. Season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Cook for about 5-7 minutes, until the chicken is golden brown and cooked through. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
