2 cups cooked, shredded chicken

1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup

1/2 cup sour cream

1 cup frozen mixed vegetables (peas, carrots, corn)

1 cup chicken broth

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1/2 teaspoon dried thyme

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1/4 teaspoon salt (adjust to taste)

1 can (biscuits) refrigerated biscuit dough

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (optional)

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions
 

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

    Prepare the Sauce: In a large mixing bowl, combine the cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, chicken broth, garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, black pepper, and salt. Whisk until smooth.

      Combine the Filling: Fold in the shredded chicken and frozen mixed vegetables until well coated with the sauce. Spread the mixture evenly in a greased 9x13 inch baking dish.

        Add Cheese (Optional): If using, sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese evenly over the chicken and vegetable mixture for added flavor.
