2 large chicken breasts, diced

8 oz rotini pasta

4 tablespoons unsalted butter

6 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup heavy cream

1 cup chicken broth

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

1 teaspoon paprika

1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Cook the Pasta: In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook the rotini according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

    Cook the Chicken: In a large skillet over medium heat, melt 2 tablespoons of butter. Add the diced chicken and season with salt, pepper, and paprika. Cook until golden brown and cooked through, about 6-8 minutes. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
