2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced

1 cup cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup sour cream

1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 tablespoon fresh parsley, minced (or 1 teaspoon dried)

1 tablespoon fresh chives, minced (or 1 teaspoon dried)

1 teaspoon dried thyme

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

2 (8-ounce) packages of crescent roll dough

1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)

Cooking spray or parchment paper for baking

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it with cooking spray.

    Prepare the Chicken Filling: In a large bowl, combine the cooked chicken, cream cheese, sour cream, cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, parsley, chives, thyme, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are thoroughly combined.

      Unroll Crescent Dough: Take the crescent roll dough and carefully unroll it on a clean surface. Separate the triangles along the perforated lines.

        Assemble the Rolls: For each triangle of dough, place about 2 tablespoons of the creamy chicken mixture at the wider end of the triangle. Roll the dough over the filling, starting from the wide end and rolling toward the point, pinching the edges to seal securely. Place each roll on the prepared baking sheet, ensuring they are spaced apart.
