2 ripe mangoes, peeled and diced

1 banana, frozen

1/2 cup coconut yogurt

1/2 cup almond milk (or any milk of choice)

1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)

1 tablespoon chia seeds

1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract

Toppings: fresh sliced fruit (kiwi, banana, berries), granola, shredded coconut, and a drizzle of honey

Instructions
 

In a blender, combine the diced mangoes, frozen banana, coconut yogurt, almond milk, honey or maple syrup, chia seeds, and vanilla extract.
