8 oz cream cheese, softened

1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese

1/2 cup mayonnaise

1/2 cup pepper jelly (red or green)

1/4 cup diced red bell pepper

1/4 cup diced green onion

1 tsp garlic powder

1/2 tsp onion powder

1/4 tsp cayenne pepper (optional, for heat)

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh cilantro or parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions
 

In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, and mayonnaise. Mix well using an electric mixer or a spatula until smooth and creamy.
